If there is a medical emergency, fire or you are in physical danger, dial 911.
What is an emergency?
Emergency situations include:
- Frozen pipes or major leaks
- No heat in winter
- Power outages, sparks from anything electrical
- Unsecure unit – completely broken window or compromised door
If there is an emergency situation in your suite or building, contact us immediately (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
Non-Emergency situations include:
- Dripping faucets
- Light fixture not working
- Behaviour complaints
