Not supportive-living, but we acknowledge life’s challenges:
We provide maintenance in-house and, when possible, extend staff support to tenants facing life challenges that affect their ability to meet their tenant responsibilities.
We’re here to support the maintenance and preservation of a wide variety of affordable housing options in our neighbourhoods.
What we don’t do
We have a tenant-focused approach that does often help people navigate through a crisis to maintain tenancy.
However, we are not able to provide wrap around services that would be offered in a supportive living situation. Instead we welcome partnerships with outside supports and services.

Types of Housing
five stones prioritizes affordable housing in the West End, North End and West Broadway. We partner with like-minded owners and non-profit housing providers for a relational approach to property management.
Our communities include rooming houses, multi-family homes, single-family homes, apartment blocks, and specialized housing including 55+ Indigenous housing.
